This book is an initiative to disseminate discourses about trans politics (transsexual, transgender, travesti). Discourses that can contribute to the debate taking place in the Spanish context around trans issues. A compilation of texts, mostly by trans activists in the North American sphere, published for the first time in Spanish. Articles mostly published in the 1990s, these are works that have inspired us as trans people, as activists, and also as researchers of trans issues. We believe they provide multiple elements that complicate the debate and that much of their reflection remains absolutely relevant today in our context.
