The book is written by Zoe García and Lai Covas, members of the Col·lectiu Argelaga team, where they develop educational and community projects related to diversity and inclusion.

Zoe García
Between creation and outreach, Zoe García works around neurodivergences and trans realities. They are a musician, writer, and biologist specialized in gender. They are the author of Autigénero. El espectro de las disidencias: autismo e identidades trans and co-author of this guide. They are part of the Col·lectiu Argelaga team, an organization that promotes educational actions, support, and projects related to diversity and inclusion.
Lai Covas
With a background focused on education and mediation, Lai Covas develops projects related to diversity, the LGTBIQA+ community, and neurodivergences. They are an environmental biologist and educator, and co-author of this guide. They also work in family and community mediation oriented towards coexistence and care processes. They are part of the Col·lectiu Argelaga team, where they participate in the design and development of educational and community initiatives.
