Ángeles bailando en la cabeza de un alfiler: La explosión libertaria de 1976-1977
The libertarian effervescence of the 70s in Spain told by the founder of the magazine Ajoblanco.
In the seventies, Barcelona experienced a libertarian explosion whose echoes were replicated throughout much of Spain. A part of the younger generation knew how to cultivate themselves and create without rules or mandates: slogans, if they existed, were carried away by the breeze to the garbage truck. Like in a fast and delirious choreography, Pepe Ribas (founder of the legendary magazine Ajoblanco) recalls that libertarian effervescence that developed against a confusing social backdrop of hope and fear. Much of its legacy has permeated to this day through environmentalism, feminism, sexual liberation, and free and independent culture.
