1. Organization of the Giveaway

The organization and management of the giveaway called “LUX – Vinilo de Rosalía con postal firmada” (hereinafter, the “Giveaway”) is the responsibility of Plastic Books, with registered address at Calle Princesa 31, 2nd floor, Prta 2, Madrid 28008, Spain, and tax identification number ES20847447V (hereinafter, the "Organizer").

2. Purpose and Duration

2.1. Purpose: The purpose of the Giveaway is to promote the Organizer’s Instagram profile: @plastic.books.

2.2. Participation Period: The participation period starts on November 26, 2025 (from the publication of the Giveaway post) and ends on December 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Spanish peninsular time).

3. Requirements and Participation Mechanics

3.1. Requirements: Individuals over 18 years old (or minors with legal representative intervention, as per section 6.6) with an active Instagram account who comply with the established mechanics may participate.

3.2. Exclusions: Employees, collaborators, or suppliers directly linked to the organization and management of the Giveaway may not participate.

3.3. Mechanics (Valid Participation): To have a valid participation, the user must complete the following mandatory steps on Instagram:

1. Follow the Organizer’s profile: @plastic.books.
2. “Like” the Giveaway post.
3. Comment on the post mentioning at least one (1) real Instagram user (using the @ symbol).

3.4. Multiple Comments: Multiple comments may be posted from the same profile. Each valid comment that meets the mention requirement will count as an independent entry. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude mass participations generated by bots or automated tools.

4. Prize

The prize of the Giveaway consists of 1 (one) "LUX" vinyl (sealed double LP edition) by Rosalía, which includes a signed print by the artist inside.

4.1. Prize Conditions: The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value or other products.

4.2. Shipping Territories: The Organizer will cover shipping costs when the address is in: Spain (including islands), Portugal, other European countries where Plastic Books has active shipping (expressly excluding the United Kingdom and Ireland), Mexico, and the United States of America. Other territories will be evaluated according to Plastic Books’ internal policy.

5. Selection of Winners and Substitutes

5.1. Selection: The selection will be made automatically on December 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Spanish peninsular time) using the AppSorteos platform.

5.2. Drawing and Substitutes: The application will be configured to select a total of three (3) users at random (based on comments):

• The user in position 1 will be the "Provisional Winner".
• The users in positions 2 and 3 will be considered "Substitutes" (reserves), following the order of appearance.

5.3. Transparency: The Organizer will record the process and provide the public AppSorteos link to verify transparency.

6. Communication, Verification, and Delivery

6.1. Announcement and Contact: The Organizer will contact the Provisional Winner within a maximum of 72 hours after the Giveaway using Instagram direct message (DM).

6.2. Verification and Data Provision: To be considered the definitive winner, the user must reply to the DM and provide all necessary personal data (First and Last Name, Full Address, Email, and Mobile Phone Number).

6.3. Response Deadline and Substitute Assignment: The Provisional Winner will have 30 calendar days from the first contact attempt to respond and provide all data. If they do not, they will be disqualified and the 1st Substitute will be contacted, and so on with the 2nd Substitute. Each Substitute will have a period of three (3) calendar days to respond.

6.4. Prize Declared Void: If the Provisional Winner and the two Substitutes do not meet the requirements or fail to respond within the established period, the prize will be declared void.

6.5. Delivery: The prize will be considered delivered when the shipping company confirms delivery at the address provided by the winner.

6.6. Minors: If the winner is a minor, the prize shipment will be subject to the express written authorization of their parent, guardian, or legal representative.

7. Personal Data Processing (GDPR)

7.1. Data Controller: Plastic Books.

7.2. Purpose: Personal data will be processed exclusively for identity and age verification of the winner (and substitutes) and management of the prize shipment. Only data from users selected as winner or substitutes will be requested and processed.

7.3. Legal Basis: The legal basis for processing is the express consent given by the winner/substitute when responding to the Organizer and providing their data, as well as compliance with the contractual relationship for prize delivery.

7.4. Rights: Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, restriction, and portability by contacting the Organizer at contact@plasticbooks.com or through the means detailed in the Privacy Policy at plasticbooks.com.

8. Disassociation and Acceptance

8.1. Instagram Disassociation: Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this Giveaway, nor is it associated with it in any way.

8.2. Artist and Third-Party Disassociation: The Giveaway is not organized, sponsored, or endorsed by the artist Rosalía, her team, record labels, distributors, or brands related to the album. The vinyl and signed print are offered exclusively by Plastic Books.

8.3. Acceptance: Participation in the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these Legal Terms and the Privacy Policy of plasticbooks.com.

8.4. Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the current legislation in Spain.
